Who we are

A Toledo company, in homes across 26 counties

Med1Care started in the Toledo area more than 25 years ago and never left. The main office sits at 1225 Corporate Drive in Holland, a second office runs on South Main Street in Findlay, and a Lambertville, Michigan office is on the way. The job has stayed the same the whole time. Somebody's parent needs help at home, and a person from Med1Care shows up to give it.

The help takes a few forms. Home health aides and licensed nurses carry personal care and skilled nursing into the house. Physical, occupational, and speech therapists treat at home or in our outpatient clinics. And a staffing division places nurses, STNAs, and aides in hospitals, physicians' offices, and long-term care facilities across the region.

A few things we refuse to outgrow. The phones are answered around the clock, every day of the year, by a Med1Care representative rather than an answering service. Care runs every day of the week, not just weekdays. And when Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance isn't the right fit, private duty care is available.
